About the Electric Foodservice Council The Electric Foodservice Council is an organization of utilities, foodservice equipment manufacturers, and other industry allies that have joined together to advance sales of electric in the foodservice industry. These partnerships were formed to provide members the resources they need to successfully develop and maintain a foodservice program efficiently and cost effectively. The Electric Foodservice Council provides education, advertising, advocacy and promotional activities in cooperation with foodservice manufacturers to increase the sale of electric foodservice equipment on a national basis. We work to assure a consistent industry approach to foodservice and to take advantage of available synergies by developing partnerships and coordinating with other industry organizations.
